What this site does
aportino.com announces the English version of Aportino Trainer, an online dog training program. Nothing is sold on this site yet. You can join a waitlist to hear when it opens.
What data we collect and why
- Waitlist (email address, your answers about your dog: age, main problem, breed if given; the country your connection comes from; the date and time of your consent; the ad or link you came from): to email you when the program opens, send a few free training tips before launch, and decide which lessons to finish first. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Other Aportino products (separate, optional consent): news about other Aportino products for dog owners. Without this consent we don't send you such emails. Legal basis: consent.
- Technical data (IP address in server logs): to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We make no automated decisions about you. This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
Who we share data with
- MailerLite (UAB „MailerLite”, Lithuania) — stores email addresses and sends our emails.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts the site. Transfers outside the EEA are based on standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Waitlist data is kept until you withdraw consent (unsubscribe), or until we close the waitlist without launching, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent at any time (the “unsubscribe” link in every email, or a message to the address above), without affecting what happened before. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl) or with the authority in your own country.
Changes
When we start selling the program, this policy will be updated to cover purchases. The date at the top will change.
